🥨 Berlin's best bakeries
Berlin, bread and youWiener Kruste from Potsdamer Straße, Brandenburg rye from Neukölln: we have gathered Berlin's best bakeries for you, in organic quality and at a fair price. You order comfortably from your sofa, choose your delivery window—in Berlin even accurate to 15 minutes—and in just a few hours, your bread is fresh and warm from the oven at your doorstep. No queues, no travel, but instead a new bakery to discover every week.

Gragger: hand-shaped, slowly matured, unmistakable
In the middle of Potsdamer Straße, Gragger still bakes the way grandmothers used to. Long dough resting times instead of turbo yeast, hand-shaped loaves instead of assembly lines. You can taste the result with the very first bite: a crust that crackles and a crumb that still smells of the oven hours after baking.
The range extends from the organic Berliner Kruste to stone-oven baguettes, Franzbrötchen, and pain au chocolat. All in organic quality, all made according to Viennese baking tradition, and from now on, all in your bread basket instead of just on display.

Wiener Brot: Sarah Wiener's dream, freshly baked every day
It all began with a single wish from Sarah Wiener: a bakery in Berlin that bakes honest bread and takes no shortcuts. Today, 90 people stand by the oven day and night in the south of the city, all for this one promise.
At Wiener Brot, nothing goes into the dough that doesn't naturally belong there. No ready-made mixes, no artificial enzymes, but instead flour from regional farms and doughs that are allowed to rest for up to 48 hours before they go into the oven. This is how the fine aroma is created, which you usually only know from the small bakery around the corner and can now simply have delivered.

Märkisches Landbrot: Grain from next door, for almost a century
Founded in Neukölln in 1930, consistently organic since the eighties: Märkisches Landbrot is something of a Berlin institution among breads. The grain comes exclusively from organically managed farms in Brandenburg, not from just anywhere, but from next door.
Today, the bakery belongs to a non-profit foundation, with a third of the profits flowing into ecological projects in the region. A good conscience included, at no extra charge. Try your way through the mild organic Mailänder, the savory carrot-walnut bread, or the DEMETER ciabatta with lemon and rosemary.
