“Ragù alla bolognese” is the epitome of Italian culinary art. That's why it took us a very long time to dare to tackle it. Because it had to be just as good as Mamma Luisa's legendary Bolognese, which is cooked slowly and with a lot of love for over three hours. And that's why, for our Bolognese, we strictly adhere to Mamma Luisa's original recipe: Only organic beef, fruity-sweet tomatoes from Italy, and ingredients that Mamma Luisa also uses in her kitchen. The result? A sugo that tastes (almost) just like it does at home. Completely without flavourings, added sugar, and additives, but with a lot of Amore. PS: This sugo is made just like Mamma Luisa's legendary Bolognese, whose taste is one of our fondest childhood memories.
