Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in the oven with top/bottom heat
- Preheat the oven including the baking tray to 210°C.
- Place the unthawed Schlemmer-Filet in the cardboard tray on the baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approx. 45 minutes. Please make sure that the cardboard tray does not touch the oven wall! The preparation on the oven rack takes approx. 5 minutes longer.
- The Schlemmer-Filet is ready when it is golden brown and au gratin.
- Open the oven door and let the Schlemmer-Filet steam off in the oven for approx. 30 seconds.
Preparation in the convection oven
- Preheat the oven including the baking tray to 210°C.

Preparation in the microwave
- Place the unthawed Schlemmer-Filet in the cardboard tray on a microwave-safe plate and cook at 600 watts for approx. 13-15 minutes.
- The Schlemmer-Filet is ready when it is slightly au gratin.
Always check whether the fish is cooked through.
