Alnavit's gluten-free buckwheat bread is wonderfully moist and made from high-quality ingredients such as natural sourdough, flaxseed, and apple fiber. The fiber-rich bread with sesame tastes especially delicious when toasted and pairs well with sweet and savory spreads. It is already sliced and ready to eat.
A very small amount of blossom honey is contained in the baking ferment used to prepare our natural sourdough, which is completely metabolized during the ripening process and is no longer present in the final product. For this reason, our bread is not declared as vegan. Otherwise, no animal products are used.
Store in a dry place and protect from heat. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
