To make handmade butter, you need high-quality cream. Then let the cream come to room temperature and beat it until it turns into whipped cream. Continue beating until the butter separates from the buttermilk. Separate the butter and drain the buttermilk.

Then rinse the butter under cold water to remove the excess buttermilk. Then knead the butter to remove any remaining buttermilk. Shape the butter as desired and cool it to make it last longer.
