Mix flour and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Cream the soft butter with the sugar until the sugar has largely dissolved. Dissolve the fresh yeast in the lukewarm milk.

Form a well in the flour mixture, add the yeast milk and eggs. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on medium speed.
Chef's tip
For this recipe, a loaf pan with dimensions of approx. 25 × 10 × 7 cm is best suited.
The proofing time in step 7 can vary depending on the freshness of the yeast and room temperature. Be patient and give the dough the time it needs to rise properly.
