Quick Tuna Toasts with Spinach and Corn

First, preheat the contact grill to medium to high heat.

Drain the tuna well and place it in a medium-sized bowl. Mix in the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, grated Edam, thawed spinach, and corn. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and stir everything well. Wash the tomato and cut it into thin slices.

Spread the tuna mixture evenly over 4 slices of toast bread. Place 1–2 tomato slices on each, and cover everything with another slice of toast bread.
