- 50 g cucumber
- 50 g celery stalks
- 25 g spring onions
- 1 tsp dill (fresh)
- 50 g natural yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 slice sourdough bread (approx. 100 g)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper (black, ground)

First, cut the cooked chicken breast fillet, cucumber, and celery into uniformly small cubes. Finely chop the spring onions and fresh dill.

Then, place all prepared ingredients into a small bowl. Add the low-fat natural yogurt and Dijon mustard. Season everything with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.

Spread the finished chicken salad generously onto the slice of sourdough bread and serve immediately. Garnish with a little extra dill, if desired.
Chef's tip
For a particularly intense aroma, you can briefly toast or pan-fry the sourdough bread before topping it.
