- 90 g marinated tofu
- 180 g carrots
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

First, prepare the tofu and carrots. Grate the tofu on a coarse grater, while finely grating the carrots.

Heat one teaspoon of rapeseed oil in a pan. Add the grated tofu, carrots, and curry powder and sauté for about 3 minutes.

Let the sautéed mixture cool, then mix it with the quark. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the spread on fresh wholemeal bread or with crunchy wholemeal rolls for long-lasting satiety.
