Mix the dry yeast with warm water and powdered sugar. Let rest for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy. Then add the warm milk and stir.

Mix the flour with salt and black cumin in a large bowl. Add the yeast mixture and yogurt and knead into a smooth, non-sticky dough. Knead vigorously for about 3-4 minutes. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Baking in the Pan

Briefly knead the dough on a floured surface and divide into 12 equal pieces. Form these into balls. Roll out each ball with a rolling pin into a flatbread.
