  • 2 slices wheat sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp natural cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 pickles
  • 100 g beef pastrami

Generously spread cream cheese and a little Dijon mustard on the bread slices.

Layer a generous portion of pastrami on one of the slices.

Slice the pickles thinly and spread them over the meat. Close with the second slice of bread or enjoy open-faced.

Chef's tip

For an even more intense flavor, you can briefly toast the bread.
