Ingredients

  • 1/2 Hass avocado
  • 1 tbsp natural cream cheese
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 slice farmer's bread
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 handful lamb's lettuce

Instructions

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a small bowl with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until a creamy mixture forms.

    Cut a slice of farmer's bread. Wash the tomato and slice it. Wash the lamb's lettuce thoroughly and shake dry.

    Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Carefully crack the egg and add it to the pan. Fry as a fried egg until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Spread the avocado cream generously onto the slice of bread. Arrange the lamb's lettuce and tomato slices on top and lightly salt.

    Finally, carefully place the finished fried egg on top of the bread and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For extra crispiness, you can briefly toast the slice of bread in a toaster or pan before spreading.
