Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp natural cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 pickled gherkins in a jar
- 100 g beef pastrami
Preparation
- 1Generously spread cream cheese on the sourdough bread slices. Spread a little Dijon mustard on top for a subtle seasoning.
- 2Layer the pastrami in loose folds on one of the bread slices. Cut the pickled gherkins into thin slices and place them over the meat.
- 3Place the second slice of bread on top or enjoy as an open-faced sandwich. Serve immediately.
