Mix all seeds and nuts in a large bowl. Larger nuts like walnuts should be roughly chopped or broken beforehand. Add the chia seeds, psyllium husks, and dried tomatoes cut into small pieces. Mix everything well.

Pour the water over the mixture and stir everything well. Let the mixture swell for about 10 to 15 minutes so that the chia seeds and psyllium husks can bind the liquid and form a firm dough.

Line a loaf pan with baking paper and fill it with the dough. Press it down firmly to prevent air pockets.
