Prepare the Dough
Put the flour into a bowl. Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water and add it to the flour along with the oil, salt, marjoram, garlic granules, and finely chopped chives.
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and finely dice the bacon. Add both to the dough as well.
Knead everything by hand or with a food processor to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes until its volume has significantly increased.
