Preparation method
Dough Preparation
Pour the lukewarm milk into the bowl of a food processor. Crumble in the fresh yeast and add the flour, soft butter, sugar, and salt. Knead everything with the dough hook until a smooth, pliable dough is formed.
Dust the work surface with a little flour and place the dough on it. Shape it into a ball with your hands, place it back in the bowl, and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until its volume has doubled.
Shaping and Baking
Roll the risen dough into a strand and divide it into 12 equally sized pieces. Shape these into small balls and place them with sufficient space apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Chef's tip
It is best to use a sharp serrated knife to cut the rolls so that the dough does not tear.
