Preparation of the Buns

In a bowl, mix flour, 1 tsp salt, caraway, and dry yeast. Add 150 g yogurt and knead into a smooth, non-sticky dough. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape into small buns. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise for another 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the buns with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for approx. 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
