Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200–205 °C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Spread the toast slices on the baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for approx. 6–7 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway through so both sides become crispy.

Meanwhile, put baby spinach, chives, ricotta, yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until a smooth cream forms.

Chef's tip

Garnish the toasts before serving with fresh radish slices, sprouts, or additional herbs as desired. A small side salad also pairs excellently.
