Place flour, lukewarm water, oil, crumbled yeast, 2 tsp salt, diced mozzarella, finely chopped bacon, marjoram, garlic granules, and finely chopped chives in a bowl. Knead everything by hand or with a food processor to form a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.

Shape each piece of dough into a round ball (bun) with your hands.
