Best vegetables from Watzkendorf
"Organic from the very beginning" - this quality and motto has been lived by the organic gardening company Watzkendorf since 1996. Among other things, organically-biological vegetables, various herbs and young plants are grown. From the seed to natural honey to vegetables - they have the entire production in their own hands.
In an ice age shaped region, which due to the continental climate poses a challenge for vegetable growing, the organic vegetable cultivation on the farm in Watzkendorf is growing steadily. They stand for diversity in the area, biodiversity on the edge of the field, nutrients from their own farm cycle and knowledge transfer for organic vegetable cultivation.
In addition, they sow soil-promoting green manures and insect-friendly flower mixtures, "because gardening and environmental protection go hand in hand with us - people and plants should feel comfortable with us"
Every day the vegetables are freshly harvested in the morning, so that they can arrive at the customer's home on the same day.
