Cook the eggs in boiling water for approx. 6-7 minutes until soft-boiled, then quench and peel them.

Cook the Udon noodles according to package instructions, drain, and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.

Heat the beef broth in a pot. Add the soy sauce and mirin and bring to a brief boil.

Chef's tip

For an even more intense aroma, you can briefly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan before sprinkling.
