Rustichella d'Abruzzo Spaghettini - The Spaghettini have the same length as spaghetti, but a smaller diameter and therefore a shorter cooking time. They go well with fish sauces from Rustichella d'Abruzzo or simply with garlic, oil and hot pepper.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been producing the finest pasta since 1924. According to old tradition, the pasta is made from high-quality durum wheat and fresh spring water from the Abruzzo region. The dough is drawn through bronze plates and gently dried at a low temperature for up to 50 hours. This creates an excellent pasta with bite and a full-bodied flavour.
