USE

The cream is intended for direct consumption as well as for further processing in both cold and hot dishes. How to properly whip cream into a beautifully firm whipped cream, so it isn't too liquid and isn't overwhipped into butter? The cream must always be well-chilled. Do not whip in a high-temperature environment; the cream will not set properly. Start whipping at a lower speed and gradually increase power. Towards the end, reduce the speed again. The final consistency is up to your personal preference.
