Since the founding of the Herzberger organic bakery in 1988, the company's goal has been to bake bread without any chemical or technical additives - only from flour, water and salt with a three-stage sourdough. Even after moving to the new bakery in Fulda in 1996, Herzberger has remained true to this approach. They bake exclusively organic breads, rolls and baguettes in a wide variety according to the motto "100% organic and real baking".
