Salamella Salsiccia Mantovana
In German-speaking countries, Salsiccia is understood to be a coarse-grained Italian raw sausage. In terms of structure and taste, it often resembles a coarse German bratwurst. Depending on the region, Salsiccia is made from different types of meat and enriched with herbs, spices (especially freshly ground black pepper) and flavours. The most common type consists only of pork. In Italy, the word Salsiccia also refers to any type of sausage.

The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something. Since everyone should be able to share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.
