Preparation method

Finely dice the onion, slice the leek into rings. Peel the ginger and finely chop it as well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the prepared vegetables (onion, leek, ginger) until translucent.

Add the peas and vegetable broth. Let everything simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
