Beef with Garlic, Spinach and Potato Wedges
Together with top chef Petr Bureš, we have prepared a traditional Czech specialty for you: tender braised beef in garlic sauce, served with creamy spinach and homemade potato wedges.
Garlic – valued as a culinary all-rounder in the Czech Republic – gives the dish its characteristic taste. The meat is gently braised for several hours until it is melt-in-your-mouth tender. Rounded off with spinach and fluffy potato wedges, a harmonious composition is created that is reminiscent of Sunday cooking at grandma's.

Preparation

Heat the beef in a pot over low heat, stirring occasionally.
