The secret of this classic lies in the sauce – a delicate alchemy of selected spices that Mahavir passionately combines. Onions and tomatoes give the dish sweet and fruity notes, while cream ensures a creamy finish. The freshly baked Naan Bread, prepared in a Tandoor oven, goes perfectly with it – crispy on the outside, wonderfully soft on the inside.

Preparation

• Slowly heat the sauce with chicken in a water bath for approx. 10 minutes – do not let it boil.

• Alternatively, gently heat in a pot over low heat.

• Reheat the Naan Bread in a pan for 1 minute per side without fat, then spread with a little butter and let it rest briefly.

Storage

• Store chilled at 0–4 °C

• Consume immediately after opening

• Do not reheat
