Meatballs with Tomato Sauce and Tarhonya

Together with top chef Petr Bureš, we have reinterpreted a piece of Scandinavian tradition for you: **tender meatballs** made from the best Czech meat in an aromatic **tomato sauce**, loved not only by children. We serve them with **Tarhonya**, small Hungarian pasta pearls that are wonderfully suitable as a side dish and give the dish a special touch.

An uncomplicated, hearty dish for the whole family – classic, warming, and simply delicious.

About the Chef

Petr Bureš has been at home in gastronomy for over 30 years. During this time, he has worked with numerous top chefs from abroad and learned to **view Czech cuisine through international eyes**. With us, he brings both traditional local recipes and influences from world cuisine to the plate – always with great experience and passion.

Preparation

• Heat the meatballs with sauce gently in a **water bath for approx. 10 minutes** – do not boil.

• Cook Tarhonya in bubbling boiling, lightly salted water for **7–9 minutes** – depending on desired al dente texture.

• Alternatively, pour boiling water over the pasta and let it steep until soft.

• Then serve and enjoy together.

Storage

• Store chilled at **0–4 °C**

• Consume immediately after opening

• Do not reheat
