Traditional Beef Soup with Liver Dumplings

Together with top chef Honza Bureš, we have prepared a true Czech specialty for you: a hearty beef soup with handmade liver dumplings. A portion of pure delight – just like at grandma's Sunday table.

As our grandmothers used to say: "Soup is the foundation" – and this slow-cooked beef soup is the best example of that! Prepared from beef shoulder and oxtail, refined with aromatic root vegetables and topped with tender, homemade liver dumplings. It not only warms you from within but also leaves you pleasantly full.

Preparation

Pour the soup into a pot and gently heat it over medium heat, stirring occasionally – do not boil. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley as desired.

• Store chilled at 0–4 °C

• Consume immediately after opening

• Do not reheat
