The cutlets, from the turkey breast, are classically breaded like a Wiener Schnitzel, or for a change with Panko breadcrumbs or cornflakes. The cutlets can also be seasoned only and fried briefly in a pan and grill. It is important that it is not fried for too long, as the meat will become dry.

The frugality of these animals allows them to graze on large pastures and at the same time to be supplied with feed from their own feed mill with other important and the respective nutritionally necessary components. The obligatory addition of roughage in the form of hay, fresh grass or silage rounds off the diet - in addition to everything else they can peck and hunt on their forays across the pasture.
