Our organic smoked salmon ham has nothing to do with fish, of course. For this delicacy, we only use the best meat from the pork loin, the so-called salmon meat. Seasoned with sea salt and smoked over beechwood, it matures with us for several weeks until it is beautifully tender. A treat for the whole family, slice by slice.
