Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Clean the turkey meat and cut it into 8 smaller pieces. Brush with olive oil, season with grill seasoning and salt. Sear in a pan until the meat takes on color.

Firmly wrap each piece of meat in a slice of prosciutto. Place the parcels in an oven dish lined with baking paper, cover with aluminum foil, and cook in the oven for 25 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil, top the meat with mozzarella slices, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
