  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 handful of broccoli
  • Mung bean sprouts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation

    Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt and pepper.

    Halve the carrot and cut into thin slices. Cut the onion into sixths and roughly chop the spring onions. Cut the broccoli into small florets.

    Heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken, carrots, onions, broccoli, and spring onions. Season with a little salt.

    Sear the chicken and vegetables until golden brown. Add teriyaki sauce to taste, toss the chicken and vegetables well in it, and continue to sear briefly.

    Serve the Teriyaki chicken on rice and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
