Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 3 spring onions
- 1 handful of broccoli
- Mung bean sprouts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation
- 1Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt and pepper.
- 2Halve the carrot and cut into thin slices. Cut the onion into sixths and roughly chop the spring onions. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
- 3Heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken, carrots, onions, broccoli, and spring onions. Season with a little salt.
- 4Sear the chicken and vegetables until golden brown. Add teriyaki sauce to taste, toss the chicken and vegetables well in it, and continue to sear briefly.
- 5Serve the Teriyaki chicken on rice and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
