Preheat the grill (or contact grill) to high heat.

Cut the turkey breast into slices about 1 cm thick. Season the meat on both sides with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Then massage the olive oil evenly into the meat. Grill the turkey breast on the hot grill for about 2–3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Dressing and Sandwich Assembly

While the meat is grilling, cut the Camembert into thin slices. For the dressing, thoroughly mix the Dijon mustard, dried cranberries, rosemary, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
