Preparation of Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them thoroughly dry with kitchen paper. If desired, cut off the wing tips and halve the wings at the joint.
In a large bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the sweet paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Add the prepared chicken wings, mix everything well so that the meat is evenly marinated, and set aside briefly.
Frying
In a deep pot or a fryer, heat plenty of vegetable oil to about 160 °C. The temperature is ideal when small bubbles rise from a wooden stick held in the oil.
Chef's tip
For an extra spicy touch, you can toss the fried wings directly in the Sweet Chili Sauce and then sprinkle with chives.
Be careful not to fry too many wings at once, so that the oil temperature does not drop too much and the wings become nicely crispy.
