Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Clean the turkey meat and cut it into 8 smaller pieces. Brush with olive oil, season with grill seasoning and salt.

Sear the meat in a pan until it browns. Then tightly wrap each piece of meat in a slice of prosciutto.

Place the meat parcels in a baking dish lined with baking paper, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy touch, you can briefly crisp the prosciutto under the oven grill before topping it with mozzarella.
