Preparation method

Finely dice the onion and cut the leek into rings. Peel the ginger and finely chop it as well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the prepared vegetables (onion, leek, ginger) until translucent.

Add the peas and vegetable broth. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
