Ingredients
- 200 g plant-based mince
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking cocoa
- 1/2 tsp cane sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 carrots
- 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
- 500 g kidney beans (drained weight)
- 1 can corn
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 500 ml vegetable broth

Preparation
- 1Prepare plant-based mince according to package instructions in a large pot. If soy granules are used, drain after soaking, squeeze well, and fry with oil for 10 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, finely dice the garlic, wash, peel, and finely chop the vegetables. Add to the pot and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add spices and tomato paste and continue frying for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3Pour in the broth and add chopped tomatoes, beans, corn, and soy sauce. Simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes. Stir occasionally and season with salt and pepper.
- 4Serve with rice and enjoy.
