Wash the tomatoes and cut them into even slices.

Drain the buffalo mozzarella and either slice it or carefully tear it into bite-sized pieces.

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate. Wash the basil leaves, pat them dry, and scatter them over the salad (tear larger leaves into smaller pieces if necessary).

Chef's tip

For the best aroma, the tomatoes should be at room temperature. Use high-quality olive oil to perfectly enhance the flavor of the buffalo mozzarella.
