Preparation and Dressing

First, prepare the vegetables: Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut it into fine strips. Peel the onion and slice it thinly along with the tomatoes.

For the dressing, peel and finely chop the garlic. Dice the pickled gherkins into small cubes. Place the garlic and gherkins in a small bowl and mix with ketchup, natural yogurt, Dijon mustard, gherkin water, salt, and pepper. Set the dressing aside.

Meat and Serving

Heat 3 tbsp of sunflower oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and fry for approx. 7–8 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula until it's crumbly. After frying, season the meat with paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mix well, and fry for another 2 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
