Ingredients

  • 200g Tofu
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 20g Peanuts

Ingredients for the Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric

Preparation

    Cut tofu into small cubes and marinate briefly with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Afterwards, if desired, fry until golden brown in a pan with a little neutral oil. Set aside and let cool.

    Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes.

    Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl or glass until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Dilute with warm water as needed.

    Place cucumber, (fried) tofu, and peanuts in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and mix gently.

    Garnish with sesame, fresh herbs, or a little chili to taste.
