Preparation method

Slice the mozzarella and large tomatoes thinly. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes. Peel the red onion and cut it into fine half-rings.

Halve the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, and carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Also slice the avocado thinly.

Arrange the mozzarella, avocado, and tomato slices alternately in a fan shape on a platter or plates. Distribute the cherry tomatoes and onion rings over them. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
