Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).

In a small bowl, stir the ingredients for the pizza sauce (ketchup, olive oil, pressed garlic, oregano, and pepper) until smooth and set aside.

Melt the butter in a large pan. Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle evenly with the grated cheese. Place the second tortilla on top. Once the bottom tortilla is golden brown and crispy, carefully flip it and brown the other side as well.

Chef's tip

For an extra crispy pizza, you can slowly toast the tortillas in a pan over medium heat before putting them in the oven.
