Diese gruselige Halloween-Pizza ist der perfekte Hingucker für deine nächste Party! Preparation method
Finely dice the red onion and sauté in a pan with one tablespoon of olive oil until golden brown. Add the pressed garlic and roast briefly.
Add the peeled canned tomatoes, season with Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 10 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the crème fraîche, and finely purée the sauce. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread generously with the sauce.
