Ingredients

  • 560 g pizza dough (2 packs of 280 g each)
  • 200 g Brie cheese
  • 2 pears
  • 1 handful pecans
  • 2 tbsp cranberries (from a jar)
  • 1 handful dried cranberries
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

    Roll out the pizza dough and cut out small circles with a glass or cookie cutter. Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pre-bake in a preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes until lightly golden brown.

    Meanwhile, wash the pears, core them, and cut them into thin slices. Heat the maple syrup in a pan and fry the pear slices in it for approx. 1-2 minutes on both sides. Add the pecans and let them caramelize briefly.

    Top the pre-baked pizza bases with Brie slices. Place one caramelized pear slice and one pecan on each. Bake everything for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve the mini pizzas garnished with a dollop of cranberries, dried cranberries, and fresh thyme if desired.
