Ingredients
- 200g Tofu
- ½ Cucumber
- 20g Peanuts
Ingredients for the Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
Preparation
- 1Cut tofu into small cubes and marinate briefly with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Afterwards, if desired, fry until golden brown in a pan with a little neutral oil. Set aside and let cool.
- 2Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes.
- 3Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl or glass until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Dilute with warm water as needed.
- 4Place cucumber, (fried) tofu, and peanuts in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and mix gently.
- 5Garnish with sesame, fresh herbs, or a little chili to taste.
