  • 200 grams Crème Fraîche
  • 200 grams Tomatoes
  • 1 package ready-made Flammkuchen dough
  • 450 grams Breakfast Bacon
  • 50 grams Arugula
  • Salt
  • Ground Pepper

Preparation

    Season crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes. Unroll the ready-made Flammkuchen dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the crème fraîche on top.

    Preheat the oven to 225 °C convection. Distribute tomatoes and breakfast bacon over the crème fraîche. Then bake everything at 225 °C convection for 13 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and chop the arugula. Set aside some arugula for later decoration.

    Cut the baked Flammkuchen, decorate with the remaining arugula, and serve.
Tip
To ensure your Flammkuchen snack remains nice and juicy even after baking, spread as much crème fraîche as possible on the dough.
