Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 140 g Tomato paste
  • 800 g Chopped canned tomatoes
  • 300 ml Beef broth
  • 400 g Spaghetti pasta
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan

Preparation

  • 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot. Peel, press or finely chop the garlic, add it to the pot and sauté briefly until it develops its aroma.
  • 2
Add the minced beef and fry vigorously until it is crumbly and brown. Then stir in the tomato paste and roast for 1–2 minutes.
  • 3
Pour the chopped canned tomatoes and beef broth into the pot. Mix everything well and simmer with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
  • 4
Add the spaghetti to the pot (break it once if necessary so that it fits better in the pot). Stir everything well and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is soft and the sauce has the desired consistency.
  • 5
Season the pasta with salt and pepper. Arrange the finished one-pot spaghetti on plates and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan.
Tip
For an extra spicy note, you can also sauté a finely diced onion or some chili along with the garlic.

Tipp: Brechen Sie die Spaghetti einmal durch, damit sie vollständig von der Flüssigkeit bedeckt werden und gleichmäßig garen.
