Diese One-Pot-Spaghetti sind der ultimative Retter für stressige Tage. Saftiges Rinderhackfleisch, aromatische Tomatensauce und Spaghetti garen gemeinsam in nur einem Topf – das spart Zeit und Abwasch. Ein herzhaftes Familienessen, das in weniger als 40 Minuten auf dem Tisch steht.

Preparation method

Heat the olive oil in a large pot. Peel, press or finely chop the garlic, add it to the pot and sauté briefly until it develops its aroma.

Add the minced beef and fry vigorously until it is crumbly and brown. Then stir in the tomato paste and roast for 1–2 minutes.

Pour the chopped canned tomatoes and beef broth into the pot. Mix everything well and simmer with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.

Chef's tip

For an extra spicy note, you can also sauté a finely diced onion or some chili along with the garlic.
