Preparation of the Salmon Ball

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice one half into fine slices.

Spread a piece of cling film (approx. A4 size) on the work surface.

Place three slices of smoked salmon slightly overlapping next to each other in the center of the film. Distribute the avocado slices on top and add some of the cream cheese (approx. 15 g) to the center.

Chef's tip

For a particularly refined touch, you can enhance the dressing with some fresh dill or lemon zest.
